ANNOUNCEMENT
The Inter-Communities Council of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia
and the Greek Orthodox Community of New South Wales
invite you to the Doxology Service for the National Day of the 25th March 1821 which will take place at the Cathedral
of the Annunciation of our Lady on Sunday 28th of March
at 10am.
Following this, a Memorial Service will be held at 1pm at the Cenotaph of Martin Place, where there will be the customary laying of wreaths by Australian officials, Greek and Cypriot Diplomatic Leaders, and Presidents of Associations and Brotherhoods etc.
Unfortunately, this year, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the related restrictive measures, the march of our school students and the associated festivities at the Opera House will not take place.
Associations wishing to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph are kindly requested to contact
