For the 8th year, our Parish organised its annual Christmas Toy Drive. This year was a bit different due to the Covid-19 restrictions in hospitals but this did not dampen the spirits of our dedicated parishioners who kindly donated towards this wonderful cause! Over 50 vouchers from Big W, JB Hifi and Kids Stuff were given to the Sydney Children's Hospital in Randwick.
Toys- purchased from Big W (which kindly offers us a discount each year) were given to the Bayside Women's Shelter and to the Ronald McDonald House in Randwick.
On behalf of our parish we would like to thank our amazing sponsors:
-Ari and Peter Koutsougeras together with their beautiful families who kindly donate $1.500 each year towards our Toy Drive.
-Chris and Ellaine Kintis who kindly purchased $500 worth of vouchers.
-To our parishioners (too many to name individually) who contributed towards our annual Toy Collection.
A big thank you to Eirini Alligiannis and her niece Marissa for assisting with the toy distribution to the various locations.
