Our parish visited the St. Basil's nursing home at Randwick in order to sing the Christmas carols to all the residents.
The event was a great success! Our choir sang traditional Christmas songs to the utter delight of the residents.
Some of our children performed beautiful Christmas songs with their musical instruments. This was very encouraging to see and we already have very exciting plans for next year!
A wonderful time was had by all! At the end Fr Athanasios gifted the Parish calendar and an icon to all the residents.
Thank you to both parents and children for attending the event and a big thank you to all the St. Basil's staff and residents for having us there!
